🚭 Unfortunately, we quite often deal with cars that smell of smoke or are left messy after the previous trip. And yet it only takes a little effort to keep everything in good shape. All our cars are equipped with smoke detectors, so if you feel like having a cigarette, please step outside the vehicle. The car is not a smoking area, but a shared means of transport for everyone who needs it at the moment. Before ending your booking, please take a quick look inside, check the seats, compartments and trunk, and make sure you take all your belongings with you. Crumbs, coffee cups, muddy seats or forgotten packaging are things the next driver will definitely not appreciate.

If, when taking over the car, you notice that something is not right, the vehicle is dirty or damaged, please email us at info@godrive.cz and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shared responsibility does not end with cleanliness.

❗ It is just as important who gets behind the wheel. Alcohol and other substances absolutely do not belong there. We enforce a zero tolerance policy. If these rules are violated, or if it results in an accident or damage, it means full responsibility for all damages and, of course, termination of the customer account. We are not trying to scare you or lecture you, we simply want all our cars to be driven safely and without unnecessary trouble.
