What do I need to rent your car?

You need to be 18 years or older, to have a valid driving license, a valid ID or passport and a credit or debit card which is able to handle online payments. Registration process is easy as you can see in the video:

Do you charge any deposits/deposits?

Yes, we have introduced a new step - a refundable security deposit of CZK 1,000. This step helps us to ensure a higher level of security and trust between us and our customers.The deposit serves as a security deposit in case of unexpected events - for example, unpaid rent, contractual fines, damage to the vehicle and other financial obligations related to the rental. This refundable security deposit is charged to your credit card upon successful completion of registration, prior to your first ride.For detailed information, please refer to our general terms and conditions .

How is the account approved?

Accepted Answer

Each user account is automatically verified and then sent to our team for approval. During business hours, registrations are usually approved within 60 minutes. Outside of business hours, verification may take longer, but no later than the next business day.

How do I pay for the reservation?

Accepted Answer

Throughout the booking process, the system automatically charges your credit card if the fare exceeds at least CZK 300. If the payment fails, we will let you know by email or SMS. In the event of insufficient funds, your access to the vehicles may be temporarily blocked until the outstanding amount is paid.

Can I cancel my reservation without any cancellation fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you cancel your reservation 60 minutes or more in advance. If you cancel later than that, you will be charged for the first hour.
