What can I expect on my first visit?
If you will be home for your first visit and have not handled everything online, you can expect the following:
Why would my first visit cost more than $10?
All pricing/estimates are based on an "average" sized yard of no bigger than 50' x 100'.
What if I have two dogs and want the monthly service discount?
It's just $4/week for each additional dog. If you're getting the standard monthly service at $30, you'll still get the 4th week free, even if you have a second dog. Your total would be $30 (base rate with discount) + $12 (additional dog for the month) = $42 monthly.
When do I need to pay for service and how can I pay?
We're able to keep our prices competitive by having all of our services prepaid, just as you would with a service such as cable/internet. Every new client is given the 4th week of service free, but if you enroll in our auto-pay, you will continue to get the 4th week free for as long as you retain your payment info on file. If you choose to receive an invoice and pay after it's receipt, you will be billed for the entire 4 weeks of the month.
What areas do you service?
We are available for service across the entire Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson.
What if I need to cancel a service?
No problem! Just call or email us at email@example.com, at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Will my monthly service renew or do I need to contact you?
When you sign up for monthly service, your service will automatically renew on the 5th service week. As long as you continue as a monthly customer enrolled in auto-pay, you will continue to get the discounted monthly rate of $30 (for one dog), as well. There's no need to contact us to renew your service. You'll only need to let us know if you plan to cancel or suspend service. If you plan to cancel or suspend service, be sure to notify us before the new service cycle begins.
Do I need to be home for my appointments?
Only if you want to! Previously you had to be at home for the first visit, but we're making it easier than ever to get your service started. If you need to book a first appointment but can't be home, you can email us a photo of the area to be cleaned. Our Pooper Troopers will be able to provide you with an accurate quote. If you accept, we'll email you an invoice that you can conveniently pay online with our partner, Square, using credit or debit card. It's a secure, encrypted transaction and Pooper Troopers will never have access to your info.
Do I need to put my dog away when you're coming?
That's entirely up to you! We love dogs and don't mind their company while we work. We are also careful about gates being closed because we have dogs as well and understand how important this is. However, if your dog is particularly aggressive towards us, we may contact you and ask that he or she be brought inside for the visit.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, our clients are our best promoters! If you refer someone who enrolls in monthly service with us, you will both be credited one week ($10). It's just our way of saying thank you for passing our info along.
What if I have an old lock on my gate and no key?
We offer removal and replacement of locks for a fee. We can cut off your old lock and supply you with a new one - just ask us about it!
Do you use chemicals to deodorize?
We use a spray of natural enzymes to deodorize and disinfect. It is safe for children, pets and plants. The enzymes will also break up any tiny pieces of waste over time, leaving your yard extra clean.
